If Australia Post management's focus is on transgender inclusion why do they choose to collaborate with J. K. Rowling who actively works to make the lives of transgender people worse?

Be consistent. If Australia Post management doesn't want to support transgender inclusion then stop making the claim in your annual report.

If Australia Post's management supports transgender inclusion then they can refuse to collaborate with J. K. Rowling because it wouldn't be aligned with their published focus on building an inclusive culture.
